I am an experienced and fully qualified UKCP accredited and BACP registered psychotherapist with experience of working with a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression and relationships. I also specialise in bereavement, complicated & traumatic loss, as well as infertility & family issues. I have also worked at an addiction service. I am currently working as a Visiting Lecturer at Regent’s University London where I teach counselling skills to psychotherapy students.
Fees are based on a sliding scale of £80 - £100, with our initial assessment session at £40. Some lower rate sessions are available at £50 depending on your situation. You’re welcome to contact me to discuss how psychotherapy could work for you and arrange an initial appointment.
My approach is to work with whatever you bring, while exploring together what you are going through in an open, sensitive and private setting. I aim to work with you person to person, with respect and sensitivity so you can feel truly listened to. We can work together at your own pace, safely exploring whatever troubles you, on your own terms.
